Tuna Salad
Roll-Ups
Ingredients
  • 3 large Bibb lettuce or romaine leaves
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • ¼ small red onion
  • 2-3 stalks of celery
  • 1 tbsp avocado mayo
  • ¼-½ avocado
  • ¼ lemon
  • salt, pepper, paprika
HOW 
to
  • Chop the onion & celery.
  • Place the tuna in a bowl with a lid that you can store in.
  • Mix in the mayo & seasonings.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemon & mix well.
  • Mash in the avocado.
  • Finally, add the onion & celery & mix again.
  • Serve over lettuce or on a salad/toast.
