Chickpeas
Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas rinsed and dried
  • 1+ tbsp avocado, coconut or olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Other desired seasonings: paprika, cumin, cayenne, turmeric
HOW 
to
  • Place the dry chickpeas in a bowl and toss with the oil.
  • Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake ~15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven & return to the bowl to coat with seasoning.
  • Return to the oven for another 15 minutes or until browned & crispy.
