Smoothie
Ingredients
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk 1/2
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 handful of baby *spinach or greens
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use Complete by Juice Plus)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 5-6 cubes of ice

*Note - frozen berries, frozen cauliflower, or pumpkin puree are great extra add-ins!

HOW 
to
  • Place all ingredients except for ice in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the ice and blend again until no ice chunks remain.
  • Smoothie bags can be set up in the freezer ahead of time & liquid, powder & nut butter can be added before blending.
