Overnight
Oats
Ingredients
  • ½ cup raw oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • protein powder (optional)
  • ¾-1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • ~2 tsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup frozen wild blueberries
  • (bananas, strawberries, peaches, apples etc. can be used instead)
HOW 
to
  • Starting with the oats, mix all the dry ingredients in a mason jar or seal-tight container.
  • Add the milk & maple syrup.
  • Mix first to assure no oats or chia seeds clump at the bottom. Add the fruit.
  • Put the lid on & shake vigorously so everything is mixed in.
  • Let sit for a minimum of 15-20 minutes in the fridge.
  • This can be prepared overnight and multiple jars at once.
