No Bake Oat Balls
Oat Balls
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry oats
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey

adding in a large scoop of pumpkin & a little pumpkin spice & cinnamon make these a fun fall treat!

HOW 
to
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Fold in the peanut butter and honey until evenly mixed.
    (More may need to be added if mix is not sticking together.)
  • Use a melon ball scoop or roll into balls.
  • Store in parchment-lined container in refrigerator.
