Chia
Pudding
Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ¼ + cup raw oats
  • ½-1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 heaping tbsp natural nut butter
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
HOW 
to
  • Mix all the ingredients in a seal-tight jar or container.
  • Shake vigorously so all the chia seeds are mixed in with no clumps.
  • Let sit for a minimum of 25 minutes.

This can be prepared overnight and multiple jars at once.
