This program is a WELLNESS GEM, with practical advice and a fresh perspective on what it means to be healthy. She created a fun, user friendly learning environment, with individual lessons broken down into digestible amounts of information. FAQs

The program will last 6 weeks. I created 6 learning modules to give us a focus for each week. At the end of each week, we will meet briefly for accountability and to have a chance to ask questions and get any necessary support.

You can be as involved as you choose to be in this program. I have provided videos and PDFs with helpful information that can be listened to on a computer or phone at any time. Each week, you will have some focuses and habits to prioritize. I'll also be helping with suggested meals and fitness videos.

Aside from that, you choose the pace at which you go and how you like to consume the information.

Then we meet briefly for about 20-30 minutes as a group via Zoom for a check-in where you can ask questions & get any necessary support.

You also have unlimited access to me via email,l and I will check in with you and the group throughout the week.

Each week a new module will be released with 3-4 lessons. Each of the videos in the lesson is less than 10 minutes.

If you decide to watch all of the learning modules and do any of the accountability activities, I would say you would be dedicating around 20 mins 3-5 days per week.

I did not want to overwhelm you with information and add one more thing on your plate so I tried to keep any learning material short and to the point.

If you choose to take part in the weekly meal prep, you can plan to set aside about 1 hour, preferably on a day when you have a little time. I like to do my food prep on a weekend or Monday morning so that I have a fridge full of healthy, grab & go food for the week!

I have created a portal where I recorded short modules that are full of information and downloadable PDFs. You will have lifetime access to the portal and can refer back any time. Beyond the 6 weeks, I am still here to support you and hope we will continue to communicate. But you will have access to everything moving forward.

Our meetups will be brief (20-30 mins) and will be a quick check-in and opportunity for you to ask questions and get any needed support. You will have the opportunity to meet each week for 6 weeks. Meetings will be recorded in case they are missed,

You will be granted lifetime access to this program, which means that you can go at your own pace & come back to the videos & materials at ANY time! This also means that you will have access to the latest version of the course each time it launches.

Most of the videos are short and to the point and leave you with some really helpful resources so that you don't feel overwhelmed, but you still have gained a lot of value.
