I’m Gina — Nutrition & Wellness Health Coach of Simply Balanced with Gina,  fitness instructor, and mom of three girls.

I help women and groups ditch restrictive rules and discover a more balanced, intentional and sustainable approach to wellness.

For years, I struggled with body image and felt lost in a sea of rules and diets. I chased “skinny,” thinking it meant health and happiness, but it only left me exhausted and frustrated. Becoming a certified health coach in 2013 through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition changed everything. It gave me peace of mind and helped me feel more in control—not just of my own health, but also my family’s. And I knew I wante to spread that feeling to others.

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of individuals and organizations in building healthy foundations—both in and out of the kitchen.


My approach is rooted in foundational health:
Nourishing meals, joyful movement, sustainable habits, and learning to truly listen to your body—especially as it changes through your 30s, 40s, and beyond.

As a mom, I understand how hard it can be to prioritize your well-being while juggling everything else. That’s why I focus on creating rhythms and routines that work in real life.

Food is a big part of my work (and my love language!), but it’s never just about the food. Whether I’m cooking with clients in their homes, leading wellness workshops for employees, or guiding women in my online group program, I’m here to make wellness feel grounded, flexible, and doable.
