Blueberry walnut
oatmeal
Ingredients
  • 2 cups oats (I love *Bob's Red Mill Quick Cooking)
  • 1 cup almond/coconut milk or water
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Drizzle of maple syrup or honey

Add-ins:
½ cup frozen blueberries
diced apples
¼ cup walnuts
chocolate chips

HOW 
to
  • Combine the oats, flaxseed, and cinnamon in a pot. Pour in the liquid and maple syrup. (This can all be set up ahead of time and stored in fridge).
  • Place on stove on low/medium heat and cover.
  • Once liquid is almost absorbed, add the fruit.
  • Continue to cook until liquid is absorbed.
  • Remove from heat and put in your favorite bowl.
  • Top with walnuts &/or chocolate chips.
